What do you like best about Arcade?

Easy to build games and contests

Ability to validate the results

Ability to integrate with our sales platform to avoid manual reporting required for contests

Staff are engaged and can reward stars to each other (and they use it based on exemplifying our company's core values!)

What do you dislike about Arcade?

I'm pretty happy with it - I don't think I have any issues with Arcade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Arcade solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted an engaging way for our staff to interact with each other between multiple locations. This forum allowed for that and also tied the contests/games to our company's objectives which is a real plus!

We also found that our culture-champions used this forum to uplift their colleagues across the country and were able to share that skill-set outside of their own store which was a real positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
