I think the best feature in Sightline is the multiple ways we can detect DDoS attacks, using host based or network based signatures. Both of which we use to detect attacks toward our customers, as well as our own infrastructure. The system is easy to deploy in a virtual environment, requiring no additional hardware costs. Sightline is also easily integrated into our customer portal via the available API, which continues to improve with each release. My team is constantly logged into the system, and we see it used daily. The ATAC team is ready to assist with troubleshooting questions, or just general help on how to deal with certain attacks. My only issue with Sightline is the approach to the various licenses and features. When running locally on our own hardware, certain items, which as flows per second, shouldn't need an additional license. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
