After using Araxis merge for around 6 months, I can say that this tool is best for code comparison, the best part is that it is super easy to use and comparison is accurate as well and the UI part is also good it highlights the unmatched text so we can find it easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the things which i don't like in araxis merge is that if i gave it a large file to compare the it sometimes hang (not respond for some time), other then that i liked it very much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
