What do you like best about Aras Innovator?

I appreciate the flexible platform of Aras Innovator. I can quickly introduce new items and define forms, properties, lifecycles, and workflows. I find the basic configurations relatively good and sensible. The data model is simple but powerful enough to cover many use cases. For prototypes and new ideas, I can quickly put something together and demonstrate it, so potential users can quickly see if we are heading in the right direction. I also find it very flexible that it is not predetermined whether I manage parts, bills of materials, training documents, people, or something entirely different. What do you dislike about Aras Innovator?

The first steps are easy, and I quickly reach the prototype. However, when it comes to details, there are criticisms and difficulties, and I encounter limitations. I see problems in performance. What problems is Aras Innovator solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Aras Innovator to manage parts, bills of materials, documents, CAD data, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, and software, as well as partially for project management and engineering change management. Additionally, I manage purchased parts and manufacturer information, provide suppliers with documents, and handle compliance issues such as declarations of conformity, ROhs, SVhc, and PFAS.
