What do you like best about Aqute Intelligence?

We were after the enterprise pricing that doesn’t get published, and Aqute were able to find that. The research was clear, accurate, they delivered on time and were able to do some follow-ups that we asked for. We got a good sense of how the competitor sales process worked. What do you dislike about Aqute Intelligence?

There’s not a lot of transparency about where all the data comes from, I guess phone calls to customers etc, but ultimately, you have to take it on faith that it’s accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Aqute Intelligence:

Be specific what market segments you’re interested in – like if you only want to know the pricing that’s offered to enterprise customers in healthcare, say that in advance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aqute Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?

We didn’t know the pricing of our competitors. Enterprise pricing can vary by an order of magnitude, so you can’t even guess close enough. Having better pricing means we can decide what we do with our own pricing. And it means we can submit better responses to RFPs because we kind of know where competitors will come in at.
