We use the AQTOS tool for many operational processes. We use it for tracking tickets and managing projects, we use it for CRM, Sales pipeline, tracking expenses, HR etc... so who wouldn't like having everything under a single hat. They have integration with google meetings, teams etc and this makes things even easier.
