We get the power and support of a robust and long-lived platform, while retaining the ability to modify source code and customize to fit our needs. Customer support is knowledgeable and willing to help us with quick turnaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is still holding onto some old Internet Explorer dependencies, and error messages aren't always as useful as I'd like. We're also being strongly nudged to move from our On-Prem solution to the Cloud SAAS solution. The customization we love also makes it difficult to perform upgrades to keep up to date.
