The ability to have access to the SQL database for external reporting, data manipulation, and application integration. This has helped us internal tools to ensure production, sales, and other operations are properly tracked/performed. The support with SQL functions has been good. Customization support/infrastructure. It is often frustrating when issues arise that involve a customization and we are told we have to pay to further change and/or fix something we have paid to have made. If we had access or the ability to modify and fix the customizations ourselves that would negate any of the stated issues. Not having access to these customizations and having to pay to have them fixed leaves us feeling stuck at times. It's a nice feature to be able to have custom work done, just the after effects of it can cause some problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
