I like the visibility I get in planning and scheduling, especially the CTP feature. It lets our customer service and sales teams make promises about part availability without asking someone in operations, and it works with the schedule to prioritize jobs so we can meet promised delivery dates. We’ve been 95% on time for over a year. I also find it helpful for tracking labor hours and seeing what employees on the floor are working on and when. I can see how employees spend their time on jobs and understand our costs for standard parts, quotes, and jobs more accurately. The integrated shop floor data collection lets us use a scanning gun for inventory transactions, which greatly improves how quickly our warehouse can receive, ship, and move inventory. The implementation was fairly straightforward, and when we went live we had almost no problems; I believe it was seamless, and we saw immediate improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the pricing feature a little confusing. I can only offer one list price and one discount structure for a part, and I’d like to create different discount structures for different customers. Otherwise, I have to create an individual contract for each customer. There was also a bit of a learning curve in understanding how all the parts of the ERP system worked together.
