"We Love APT Precision Pro DTI Solution Software"

What do you like best about APT Precision Pro?

As mortgage lenders, we MUST save time and money on each loan application! This software gives our LO's, processors, and underwriters much better math and clearer DTI results, in other words, no more guessing. I can not recommend it enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APT Precision Pro?

Some rural and farm properties in remote counties have to be manually added into their system, and some commercial properties as well. My hunch is that some of those counties haven't updated their records in years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is APT Precision Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the loan business, we have to guess what the future property tax bill might be on home and commercial purchases. That makes our DTI wrong every time.
