What do you like best about AppTrana?

What I value most about AppTrana is the fully managed WAAP with 24×7 SOC support—it eliminates the headache of constantly tuning WAF rules. The zero false positive guarantee lets us run in block mode immediately without alert fatigue. I also love the bundled pen testing and SwyftComply feature, which auto-fixes vulnerabilities within 72 hours. The dashboard is intuitive, and the bot/API protection gives us complete peace of mind. What do you dislike about AppTrana?

The main downside is the dependency on the SOC team for urgent custom rule deployments—during peak hours, response times can lag slightly. Also, while the dashboard is great, I'd love deeper raw log export options and more granular filtering for advanced threat hunting. Occasionally, the UI feels a bit cluttered with too many tabs.
