What I like best about Appspace is its ability to bridge the communication gap for our deskless workers. In our bottling department within the distillery, many operators have highly limited access to company email during their shifts. Appspace allows us to transform our office lounge TV into a centralized, dynamic communication hub that keeps everyone informed in real-time. The native integration with Google Slides makes it incredibly easy to publish our quarterly company reports, and the web view feature allows us to stream live news channels effortlessly. Furthermore, we rely heavily on it for critical health and safety metrics—such as tracking the days since our last accident—and broadcasting upcoming site events. It has completely streamlined our internal workplace communications and ensured our warehouse team feels connected to the wider company. Also the UI is very easy to use and quick to integrate. While we don't have major complaints about the software itself, the primary area for improvement is how we access real-time technical help. Their existing email-based customer support is exceptional—the team is responsive and helpful. However, when we face a minor technical glitch on our lounge TV with Youtube card, waiting on an email thread can slow down our operations. It would be a massive value-add if Appspace introduced a dedicated live-chat support feature directly within the admin portal for quick, real-time troubleshooting and immediate reach-outs. The platform works great for our needs, so my only real critique is around the support channels. The email support team is honestly exceptional and always handles our queries professionally. Before implementing Appspace, we struggled to communicate effectively with our deskless bottling line staff. Traditional email announcements were completely missing this critical segment of our workforce. Deploying a complex hardware-heavy digital signage network would have been financially restrictive, but Appspace offered an incredibly high ROI by allowing us to easily repurpose existing hardware (our office lounge TV) using their cost-effective licenses. Pricing/ROI: Rather than spending thousands on expensive proprietary displays, Appspace gave us amazing ROI by letting us turn our standard lounge TV into a professional information hub for a very low entry cost. Onboarding: Setting up the portal and configuring our first channels was incredibly intuitive. The onboarding learning curve was virtually non-existent for our administrative team. Performance: The software's daily performance has been seamless. It handles continuous web streaming, rolling Google Slides, and live automated safety counts perfectly without any lag or downtime.
