He has been a phenomenal help in getting our two new systems, our ERP and our website, integrated. He is quick, efficient, and responsive to our needs, and has displayed a high quality of work throughout this project. He has also been very good about explaining how the integration works in a way we understand. While we've had very limited exposure to the product directly, we've been very impressed with the flexibility of the configurations Ratnadeep has been able to get set up for us, including adding logic and calculations to our field mapping. **What do you dislike about APPSeCONNECT?** I don't really have a lot negative to say, but if I were to choose one thing, I would say that the interface when logging in as a user is a bit overwhelming for someone who doesn't have expertise in this area or experience with the product. We've only recently gotten to logging in and viewing the connections Ratnadeep has set up recently, so part of my answer I'm sure can be attributed to it still being unfamiliar to me. Again, not really much negative to say though overall; we've had a very good experience thus far. **What problems is APPSeCONNECT solving and how is that benefiting you?** APPSeCONNECT is integrating D365 FO with our ecommerce platform, Shopify B2B. As we've discovered, the mapping of these two programs isn't a clean as we'd like, and Ratnadeep has been a huge help in getting us to a solution to make the connections work. ### 2. A lot of changes in onboarding staff, with what seems to be a bit of lacking hand over from one to another. The monitoring of errors were non-existent in that phase of the project. They wanted to implement a superior CRM solution as a complementary tool to support their salesforce automation needs. Zoho CRM was the preferred product and while customizing and deploying this CRM solution, integration to the existing ERP was a key requirement. APPSeCONNECT was chosen for the 2-way data synchronization and the result was a complete and integrated system composed of best of breed components. ### 42. It caused a delay when the project started to restart the discussion with the success team which I think it shouldn't be that way.
