What do you like best about AppNeura?

Imagine just when your customer was trying to make a purchase on your web or mobile app, it crashed, and you have no idea why.

You have no way to identify what could have gone wrong. That's where appNeura's digital experience monitoring (DEM) solution comes into play.

It helps in forecasting app failures before they affect the end user.

With appNeura's patented ApDex score, it's easy to keep track of the app's health.

appNeura's DEM offers a very lightweight SDK integration, meaning it doesn't eat up many resources when doing its monitoring duties.

What do you dislike about AppNeura?

Wish team appNeura could customise the technical dashboard with terms better understood by business teams, not just IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppNeura solving and how is that benefiting you?

appNeura DEM helped a bank identify the reasons for user dropouts in the process from login to loan disbursement. It identified issues in OTP (One-Time Password) authentication process, document upload and processing, etc. The IT team fixed the problems and improved the login to disbursement ratio significantly.
