What do you like best about Appmixer?

Copilot is what really makes Appmixer stand out. A user can write a request in plain language, like “send a message to the guest when a booking is made,” and Copilot builds the complete flow in seconds, including the right components and data mappings. That has made automation accessible to all of our users, not just the technical ones.

The platform behind Copilot is just as solid. Appmixer let us ship an embedded automation product to our customers very quickly. Our engineers can also build custom components for our own domain using a clear, flexible SDK. Copilot can use those custom components as well, so whenever we add something new, it becomes immediately available in Copilot.

Performance has been strong too. Copilot responds fast, and the flows it generates are accurate and typically require little to no correction. The platform runs flows reliably, and the Appmixer team also helped us tune Copilot for our domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Appmixer?

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. Whenever we needed something, the Appmixer team either already had a solution in place or added it quickly. Any small gaps we ran into were addressed fast, so nothing really stands out as a meaningful downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Appmixer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our customers kept asking for automations and integrations that matched their own way of working. Every request was a little different, and we simply couldn’t build all of them ourselves. Building our own automation platform from scratch would have taken years of engineering effort.

Appmixer solved that problem for us. We created custom components for our domain, while Appmixer provided the flow engine, the designer, Copilot, and hundreds of third-party connectors. As a result, our customers can connect our product to the other tools they already use: messaging, email, CRM, spreadsheet apps, etc. and they can build these automations on their own, without needing help from our engineers.

The benefits have been straightforward. We shipped an automation product in a fraction of the time an in-house build would have required. Our engineers now focus on new domain components instead of one-off integrations. And our customers save hours of manual work every week, setting up new automations in minutes with Copilot.
