The portfolio of pre-built connectors is extensive, which saves us a lot of engineering effort. Where we need something specific to our product, the component framework and design process makes it straightforward to build our own and ship it through our normal release process. The multi-tenant model, with per-customer isolation and quota controls, has also been a good fit for running automation at scale across many hotels. It's a very easy piece of software to use and quite intuitive. Just as important for us, the Appmixer team is responsive and genuinely collaborative. They’ve adapted their roadmap based on our feedback, and they’ve been open to working with us on their Copilot capability, including supporting our own AI hosting setup. That kind of partnership is rare with a platform vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially when we engaged with Appmixer it had no Copilot feature. Personally I disliked this as it was an established pattern in many similar software platforms. We felt this was missing and engaged their team accordingly. They responded and provided the Copilot experience swiftly. It is new and it is early in its journey. It’s promising, but I'm really excited for where it will be in 3-6 months from now. Their rate of change in response to our feedback gives me confidence this solution will mature quickly.
