What do you like best about Appliqation?

What I like best about Appliqation is how thoughtfully it brings structure and clarity to what is otherwise a fairly fragmented process. The platform feels purpose-built rather than stitched together, and that shows in how intuitively the workflows come together.

I particularly appreciate the focus on making a traditionally overlooked function more strategic and visible, rather than just operational.

There’s also a strong sense of intent behind the product, it’s not just about features, but about improving how teams think about and execute their work. The experience feels streamlined, and it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into simplifying complex processes without losing depth.

What do you dislike about Appliqation?

There’s not much to dislike at this stage. The product is still evolving, which means a few areas are being refined and expanded.

That said, this is also one of its strengths. Being early in its journey, the team is moving quickly, highly responsive to feedback, and actively shaping the product based on real user needs. What problems is Appliqation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Appliqation, we struggled with a fairly fragmented and manual approach to managing this function. A lot of the work was either tracked across multiple tools or handled in an ad hoc way, which made it hard to get visibility, ensure consistency, and drive accountability.

With Appliqation, we now have a much more structured and centralized way of managing things. Workflows are clearer, ownership is better defined, and it’s significantly easier to track progress and outcomes in one place.

As a result, we’ve seen better alignment across stakeholders, reduced back-and-forth, and a noticeable improvement in execution speed. Tasks that earlier took multiple follow-ups are now more streamlined, saving us time and reducing friction in day-to-day operations.
