What do you like best about appICE - Intelligent Customer Marketing Automation?

The Auto Push feature is amazing. With that feature, you can just set up push campaigns once and forget about sending push messages, the platform will do it for you. You can schedule, so once a user does some specific event or activity, he will receive an automated message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about appICE - Intelligent Customer Marketing Automation?

Nothing much here. Their analytics covers almost everything and is very much complete. We can think of adding/suggesting more features to the existing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is appICE - Intelligent Customer Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a B2C industry and a mobile software & insurance provider. With the help of appICE system, we can create a segment of drop-offs (i.e. users who did not purchase from our website) and can then engage them by sending personalized email / SMS / push / web push.
