What do you like best about AppFolio Investment Manager?

I like that it is linked to my email, and I can see who opens the emails. It is a helpful tool for document storage, document signatures, and fundraising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AppFolio Investment Manager?

There is no telephone support. No weekend support. I think it is an expensive service, and they just increased their prices even more. The email templates don't have a lot of optionality, except a basic email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AppFolio Investment Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?
