I like using Appfire OKR for Jira to integrate JIRA with Salesforce with seamless synchronization between both systems. It really saves my time as it makes integration with Jira more convenient and effortless. I appreciate that it can be used as middleware, which helps in creating real-time integrations between systems, like when I want to create a Jira ticket upon the creation of a ticket in Salesforce.
