It is very easy to navigate. I can also respond to app reviews in Google and App Play Store directly from it and I can easily extract reports that I can use to create more customized dashboards. Though, its built-in dashboards are very helpful too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think I wasn't able to filter the data according to our specific requirements. There are a lot of filters available, but I cannot find exactly what I am looking for. Nor customize the dashboard display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
