"App Gov Accelarator Made App Governance and Hygiene Effortless"

What do you like best about App Governance Accelerator?

The tool makes managing and governance of applications light work. Since implementation we have already identified over 100 unused and stale applications which is just the first phase of our project. We can already see it lighting up highly permissive apps and those which need more work. Since our tenant was created in 2013 we haven't done any hygiene on apps simply due to the difficulties around native MS logs and reporting. As soon as we implemented App Gov Accelarator we have already made significant progress on bringing our app environment into a healthier state. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about App Governance Accelerator?

I thought the UI needed some improvements on our original version but since then a new version was released with a much improved UI. There was also a potential issue with certain types of apps being marked as unused when in fact they were configured to provision users using SCIM. ENow Software literally released a fix for this less than 2 weeks after I raised the issue which I thought was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is App Governance Accelerator solving and how is that benefiting you?

Non human identities pose a significant risk and Threat Actors are using them more and more. App Gov Accelarator solves hygiene, permission and access risks across your app estate which significantly reduces the risk and exposure to attacks.
