I find the intuitive interface of Apollon great, as our colleagues abroad can also use it in their native language. The good and fast support is also remarkable; the contacts know what to do when questions arise and usually help us very quickly. Additionally, I appreciate the integrated AI services of Apollon OMN, which allow us to generate product texts from technical data and optimize or even create images anew with AI. The ability to onboard new markets in a flash by incorporating target languages into our product entries at the push of a button is also a big plus. Automation and acceleration of our daily tasks are crucial for us, especially as we have fewer and fewer staff available, and Apollon helps us significantly with this. Hm. I think the API documentation could be improved a bit. There is a really powerful REST API, but our colleagues from the tech team still have to go through quite a hassle to get the information. However, this is supposed to change with the upcoming OMN7 version through the MCP server and an open documentation on the website. Says our contact person - and he is always well informed.
