What do you like best about Apollo Practice Management?

The integration with our existing business processes was almost seamless. All we had to do was to learn to use the software which automated essential processes like the onboarding of customers, invoicing, and monthly reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apollo Practice Management?

Even though the overall workflow is superb, there is a slight time delay when saving new patients. This slows down the front desk operations slightly, and the concern is that it might have a negative impact on business efficiencies on a busy day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Superior customer service. Our practice's paperwork, including customer invoices and patient records, was originally manual. Consequently, we needed to move across to an automated system easily accessible from anywhere and from any device. The Apollo Practice Management customer service team helped us implement business practices to improve our business processes. And, they assisted us with the onboarding of all our patient data, historical and current. Finally, a consultant from the company was always on hand to help when we needed advice.
