"Insightful Dashboard and Real-Time Updates, But Needs Better Warehouse KPIs"

What do you like best about APEX?

LeanDNA provides leadership with an excellent dashboard that offers clear insight into what buyers are purchasing. It also enables my production team to communicate directly with buyers from the shop floor. Additionally, 3PL expeditors and vendors can update statuses in real time, including tracking information for inbound parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APEX?

It would be beneficial if the dashboard provided more comprehensive warehouse metrics and KPIs, such as the status of put away and kitting. Having this information readily available would make it easier to monitor warehouse operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is APEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

LeanDNA enables me to monitor in real time what my vendors and buyers are working on. As a leader, it also helps me identify the areas I need to address moving forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
