"One console that turned hours of investigation into minutes"

What do you like best about Anzenna?

Anzenna has become one of the most-used tools in our security program. When an alert fires, I can see the whole story in one place, with device, user, and file activity laid out in sequence. I used to open four or five consoles and piece together a timeline by hand; now investigations that took 30 minutes to 2 hours take 5 to 10 minutes, roughly 85–90% faster. I can also handle cleanup, like removing unauthorized software, from the same screen instead of handing it off or switching tools. The time saved goes back to work that needs human judgment, risky decisions, audits, and strategic projects. For example, Anzenna flagged passport records going into an approved AI assistant, and we confirmed within minutes that an employee was using it for authorized work. I value being able to see and quickly verify where sensitive data is going. The team has provided white-glove service from onboarding through monthly meetings, and the platform has continued to expand since we started using it. It ties into most of our tools, and setup was very easy, mostly involving API configurations. I’d recommend Anzenna without hesitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Anzenna?

I find that some of the more niche vendors aren't covered yet. The team can build an integration if I need one, but that takes time, so you need to check your stack up front. You also need to plan time for tuning alerts, since dialing in the configuration takes some work before the noise comes down. I'd like to see reporting grow, especially with executive-ready summaries I can share with leadership without having to translate the investigation details first.
