What do you like best about Ansys Chemkin?

I like the fact that I was able to display data obtained from the reactions and their progress. I also like how to set the reactors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys Chemkin?

I think for the particular case of study, I did not get much information from the manual. I struggled to represent a reaction in plasma and it took me a while to simulate that reaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ansys Chemkin:

Be in contact with technical support. When using pfr remember to use a serie of cstr to simulate this pfr. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ansys Chemkin solving and how is that benefiting you?

I completed an engineering project in simulating a reaction of hydrogen Cyanide in a plasma reactor. Being able to simulate this reaction will eventually reduce the amount of testing and could help to understand key paths for the reaction to be maximised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
