What do you like best about Answer Insights?

Answer Insights has given us insight into how visible we are and whether we are mentioned, as well as which competitors are visible alongside us. It provides us with actionable steps to adjust and improve our content, tips and steps to gain more authority and trust. It's just really nice to see exactly what you need to do to become more visible. I also appreciated that the initial installation was very easy and that we could start right away. The search intents (prompts) were created for us immediately, and we could choose which ones were interesting for us. Additionally, the extra features such as tracking traffic insights and AI crawlers are extremely useful for AI traffic attribution to see how visitors come to our website and when our content is retrieved or when the crawlers encounter something. Together, this gives us a complete picture of how visible we are but also what concrete revenue/ROI results from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Answer Insights?

What problems is Answer Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Answer Insights to gain insight into our visibility in AI models and competitors. Previously, we really had no idea, but now we can adjust our content with action-oriented steps.
