What do you like best about ANOW! Suite?

I like that with ANOW! Suite, everything is centralized and easy to track, which improves visibility into each order's status and keeps the team aligned. It reduces the need for manual follow-ups, saves time, and makes the entire appraisal process smoother and more efficient. I also appreciate how it integrates well with our workflow, connecting everything while allowing us to manage core appraisal operations in one place. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and despite taking some time to configure workflows and onboard the team, the process was smooth and manageable, thanks to its user-friendly interface. What do you dislike about ANOW! Suite?

Some features can feel a bit limited or less intuitive at times, especially when it comes to customization and reporting. Improving flexibility and making certain workflows more user-friendly would make the experience even better overall. A few improvements that would help are more customization options for workflows, dashboards, and templates, stronger reporting features with more flexible filters and easier-to-build custom reports, and a more user-friendly interface in some areas to reduce clicks and make navigation smoother.
