The live chat was easy to use & I was impressed that even when I left the webpage, the chat still remained in the conversation/help history. **What do you dislike about Animaker?** Due to the time difference of my location & Animaker's technician locations, there was a delay in responses, however when a response was received it was considerate & throughout. **What problems is Animaker solving and how is that benefiting you?** A colleague who had created an Animaker account with a business email, used the service and made content/video for our company site induction. Unfortunately the colleague left and her business email removed by our IT department, which then in turn prevented us from accessing the video to edit. I use Animaker at least twice a week and work on DIY videos for hours with ease. **What do you dislike about Animaker?** I don't like how Animaker had placed in 2-minute export limit, it used to be unlimited, such as uploading, it was unlimited too with a generous limit of 25GB, now sadly downgraded to 2GB for free plans. And some high-quality assets were restricted to a higher plan. If i have something positioned on top of another object is nearly impossible to select that object. Perhaps double click or multi click to keep going deeper in the stack or some other obvious UI way to do it. Would be nice to be able to loop sections and also improve processing speed. Trying to do edits and waiting for renders is tedious. Perhaps a browser extension or light weight chromium app version. Should add the following -- Transition between character actions -- Show audio track in scene editor (helps align animations to words) -- For above it would be cool to have a snap to audio given a selected element -- Basic audio editor to insert silence, trim, or cut/paste/delete the track **What problems is Animaker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping to make animated explainer videos for my company. This software was the best that I found that can create seamless online courses, easy interface, fun, creative, and educational. I like being able to use the characters because it feels like someone is teaching you and adds to the experience. I’ve done many online training courses in my career but this is by far my favorite. If any of these course I’ve taken used animaker it wouldn’t have been boring. What I appreciate the most is the simplicity: you just need to write a prompt and the software automatically generates an image quite faithful to what I imagine. Animaker also allows you to create a voice-over from a text (text-to-speech) and synchronize it with the avatar of your choice. It is also possible to import an external voice-over, which can be very useful depending on the needs. You can customize the avatar, the scenes, and many other elements in just a few clicks. Another advantage is that it works entirely online: no installation is necessary, and I can use it from any device. I also like the ability to test different styles and variations very quickly: motion design, 3D design, realistic design... You can even create a video capsule from a PowerPoint. The productions are stored online, which allows you to improve, modify, or edit them at any time.
