We have to manually check logs every day or week to spot unusual access, such as repeated visits to confidential quality manuals or traffic surges from unfamiliar regions. There is no built-in function to set up instant email or on-screen alerts for abnormal activity. Second, its data filtering and segmentation tools are very basic. We want to separate traffic from official regulators, business partners and general visitors for targeted analysis, but the tool only offers simple keyword and date filters, with no options to group data by IP ranges, visitor types or page categories in bulk. When sorting access records for different stakeholder groups ahead of audits, we have to export raw logs and reorganize data manually in spreadsheets, which adds repetitive work.
