What do you like best about Andela?

The user interface is straightforward and well designed, and it’s obvious the team put real thought into making the product easy to use. I just wish the experience beyond the surface level matched that strong first impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Andela?

Sometimes the platform feels a bit too strict with time tracking and monitoring. Also, a few assessments/interview steps can be lengthy, which makes the hiring process feel slower than expected. What problems is Andela solving and how is that benefiting you?

Woven is solving the problem of evaluating real-world engineering skills beyond just standard coding quizzes or LeetCode-style questions. The assessments are designed around practical scenarios like debugging, code review, and system thinking, which gives a better picture of how someone would actually perform on the job. For me, it was beneficial because the test felt more aligned with real development work and allowed me to demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills instead of only focusing on theoretical coding challenges.” ([woventeams.com][1])
