What do you like best about Anchor?

Fast, automated RFP responses that save our team hours of work.

The context-aware AI engine drafts answers with incredible precision right out of the gate. It autofills 90%+ of repetitive questions across RFPs, Security Questionnaires, and RFIs—complete with direct source citations to verify accuracy before submitting.

It condenses massive, complex RFP documents into clear executive summaries in seconds and flags potential compliance risks early.

The interface is clean, intuitive, and built for quick adoption. Our internal teams picked it up immediately without needing heavy training or prompt engineering skills. Topic Explorer is one of my favourite features.

It connects smoothly with our internal knowledge base to pull real-time data, automatically keeping our central knowledge base updated without tedious manual tagging.

What do you dislike about Anchor?

We run into occasional edge-case glitches - though the Anchor team resolves them very quickly whenever they pop up.

Additionally, I’d love to see richer, more customisable reporting and analytics around response times and library usage metrics as the product continues to evolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Anchor solving and how is that benefiting you?

While our previous tool served its purpose initially, our RFP and Security Questionnaire volume grew beyond what it could comfortably handle without heavy manual oversight.
