I love that Analytics provides hands-free, drag-and-drop intelligent financial analysis reports in a minute and a half. It saves me significant time compared to building a spreadsheet and performing a proposal comparison manually, which would take me over an hour. I really appreciate not having to manually enter all the details of each CRE proposal into a spreadsheet; this feature makes my workday more efficient by giving me time to focus on other tasks. The tool is really easy to use—just create an account, go to the dashboard, and drag and drop a proposal, LOI, or lease document to get results quickly and accurately.
