What problems is Anaconda Core solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have to do my research project using python and i am a beginner to ML etc. but when using anaconda navigator it help to run my codes easily. and also when installing process per install jupyter note book, R studio etc.. provide it self no need to install separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
