SurfNet's AI chatbot has made a noticeable difference in how we manage customer interactions. The chatbot handles common queries efficiently, reducing the pressure on our customer service team and allowing them to focus on more complex issues. We have also seen a steady increase in completed purchases since introducing the chatbot. The best part is that it provides quick responses and easy access to product information by scanning our entire catalogue in a few seconds, which is useful not only to our customers but also to our sales team when they need product details. What do you dislike about An AI sales / product expert for your e-commerce store.?

Nothing that we dislike about the bot itself to be honest, however, we have noticed that some customers still prefer the traditional approach of talking to a live agent. This discourages them from using the bot to its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As mentioned before, the chatbot handles common queries efficiently, reducing the pressure on our customer service team and allowing them to focus on more complex issues. We have also seen a steady increase in completed purchases since introducing the chatbot. The chatbot can answer almost every product question a customer has. This task cannot be done by any of our employees, because our catalogue is so vast (over 500,000 products) and therefore it's impossible to learn every tiny detail about every product. The best part is that it provides quick responses and easy access to product information by scanning our entire catalogue in a few seconds, which is useful not only to our customers but also to our sales team when they need product details.
