What do you like best about Amplifr?

A great and easy-to-use tool for managing social media posts, the interface is easy to understand and has little to no learning curve. In addition to that, the features like Calendar to post preview to scheduling posts in batches are extremely helpful. The reports and insights are also very detailed and useful. What do you dislike about Amplifr?

The support can definitely be improved. Also, from time to time, you need to relink the social media accounts because they automatically get disconnected. Also, if they add more platforms like youtube etc that would be amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
