The ease of use in terms of both managing assets but also in the control/visibility of how those assets are delivered to the website. The UI is responsive, quick and easy to use. Everything is thoughtfully laid out. There's no lag or slowness that we've found since using Amplience. I like how we can bulk import media and apply transformations during the process. We can still transform/manipulate once in the system but the bulk import really helps optimise our workflow. The biggest impact we have is in asset delivery to different browsers/devices. Amplience has made a positive impact on lighthouse scores and site performance. Plus we have a great support team at Amplience helping us with questions and suggestions. I would like more a detailed dashboard on delivery performance. How many calls have been served, what the compression ratio is for images - worst offenders etc as this would let me optimise further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
