The Support and Onboarding is nothing short of amazing. I was able to get real time support and I feel heard when I raise my concerns. Feature requests are also being heard. UI can be a little hard to navigate in the admin portal as it can be a little confusing. The real time prompts needs a little improvement but I love the fact that we have access to that.
