What do you like best about Amlaki Real Estate?

The FIFO payment system is what sold me. When tenants make partial payments, the system automatically allocates them to the oldest invoice first — no more manual tracking in spreadsheets. The Arabic-first interface is genuinely well designed, not just a translation. I also love the Hijri calendar support for contracts which is essential for the Saudi market. What do you dislike about Amlaki Real Estate?

The platform is still relatively new, so some advanced reporting features are still being developed. I'd also like to see more third-party integrations in the future, like direct bank payment links. What problems is Amlaki Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Amlaki, I was tracking rent payments in Excel and manually calculating who owes what. It was a nightmare with partial payments — tenants would pay random amounts and I had no clear record of which month was covered. Amlaki solved this completely with FIFO allocation. Now every payment is automatically applied to the oldest invoice. I also had to log into Ejar separately to register contracts — now I can request it directly from the platform.
