It provides the tools we need to manage program registration, camps, point-of-sale, and facility rentals efficiently. The AI Assistant is a great first resource, and if we still need help, the customer service team responds quickly and consistently provides excellent support. However, Amilia actively seeks feedback from its customers and has implemented many enhancements based on user suggestions. What problems is Amilia SmartRec solving and how is that benefiting you? Our previous recreation software was difficult for both staff and customers to navigate, which often resulted in additional assistance from our team during the registration process. Customer support was also slow to respond, making it challenging to resolve issues quickly. Amilia SmartRec easily handles the high volume of registrations we receive on opening day. The modern interface, responsive customer support, and ongoing product enhancements have made our registration process more efficient and improved the experience for both staff and customers. We appreciate that Amilia continues to invest in the platform and actively seeks customer feedback, giving us confidence that the software will continue to grow and evolve to meet our future needs.
