What do you like best about Ambient.ai?

The use of Ai decreases the cost needed and time from staff to review hours of camera footage. It alerts us to things that our previous systems may have missed. It is preaty easy to use, though it does take some time to implement and integrate over our current systems. Customer service is easy to deal with as well. Our team mainly uses the system after hours and weekends. during the day we have an open gate policy and use inperson check points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ambient.ai?

It doesn't catch everything all the time. We have a large amount of wildlife in our area and the sensors often catch the cats jumping our fences. As such we have noticed that it will skip detections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ambient.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently our facility sits adjacent to a wooded area. In this area we have a lot of wildlife, stray dogs, wild cats like mountain lions and bobcats, javaliena, large birds, and deer/skin/elk walkers. Often times if the system is triggered in the same area too often it stops responding for a period of time. This can vary from roughly 20 seconds to several minutes.
