The platform is very user-friendly for our employees/dealers, allowing them to easily share content, adjust messaging, and publish across multiple social networks. Also, their support is excellent, with a friendly and responsive customer success manager. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** As an administrator, I experienced a short learning curve at the beginning, but once I became familiar with it, the tool worked very smoothly. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ambassify helps us structure and manage employee and dealer ambassadorship in a clear and efficient way. It simplifies the creation and distribution of social media campaigns, making it easier for employees and our dealers to participate and share content. What I like the most is its ease of use and the simplicity of implementation. As soon as I started using it, I found the interface very intuitive, which allowed me to get started quickly without wasting time figuring out how to do things. Everything is well-structured, making the experience pleasant and smooth. What is really useful is the ability to easily share interesting content with the audience. Thanks to Ambassify, I can easily access resources and campaigns, allowing me to engage quickly and effectively. The platform also tracks the impact of our actions, which allows us to see concretely the impact of our contributions. One of the other points I want to highlight is the customer support. I had a few questions at the beginning, and each time, the support team was quick and responsive, which allowed me to continue without frustration. It really gives a sense of confidence, knowing there is always a team ready to help if needed. I use the platform for every new campaign. It is very easy to share campaigns thanks to its ease of integration. In summary, Ambassify is a very easy-to-use platform, with a variety of features and excellent customer support. Topics such as safety around railway crossings, new telephone panic number, video's of nearly accidents, etc.. wich sensitize people, can easily be shared. The other upside is that you even get a reward for sharing. Another positive, not all topics have to be serious.. many new posts are just a lot of fun (posting a funny picture, talking about special anecdotes,..) **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** For me personally, the app doesn't always work smoothly. The login system can sometimes be a bit cumbersome. Also, sometimes it feels like a month goes by without any new topics.. yet the next month there's a new topic every week. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's just an easy way to keep the employees informed. Many people wouldn't get these updates if they were just written in like formal emails.. Ambassify makes this easy en keeps people coming back. ### 4. It helps us showcase the values our company stands for in a more visible and authentic way, both internally and externally. One of the key strengths of Ambassify is how it brings colleagues together through fun and purposeful actions and campaigns initiated via the platform. These small but meaningful initiatives create a sense of shared purpose and involvement across teams. As someone working in such a large organization, I personally appreciate how Ambassify allows me to get to know colleagues from other departments – something that wouldn't easily happen otherwise. This cross-departmental visibility is a clear added value. The platform itself is intuitive and runs very smoothly, whether you’re using it on a PC or on your smartphone. It’s easy to navigate, quick to interact with, and the user experience feels streamlined and modern. Before joining Ambassify, I only noticed some company campaigns on social media par chance. Mostly even, I heard from ads seen by people I know in person, never having seen them myself. But I feel that the platform allows me to keep myself up to date with what's going on, and allows me to step in and share content if I feel like it would be useful for people in my network. The platform is available on desktop, has a mobile app, and is integrated with Teams, ensuring accessibility everywhere. Additionally, the support is excellent, with a friendly and helpful customer success manager always available. A major advantage is the ability to create multilingual campaigns, making it easier to engage a diverse audience. The tool also offers various options for campaign customization, such as multiple text and image versions, ensuring varied and dynamic content. This encourages us to publish content on Infrabel, but nothing is mandatory, so we publish what seems right and in line with our values. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** there is little truly interesting content in the rewards and as a result, it's certainly not motivating enough, yet there are many solutions. I feel that the rewards are sometimes, and even very often, also linked to promoting Infrabel regardless of the medium, whereas we are mainly looking for useful things in themselves. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although it does not solve any specific problem, the major advantage for Infrabel lies in the publicity generated by its employees. When an activity consists of posting a message on social media, it correctly does so. It is also easy to get an overview of past activities. **What do you dislike about Ambassify?** Nothing. As a user, there is nothing that I dislike about the Ambassify software system. **What problems is Ambassify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Within Infrabel, we use Ambassify in order to create a community of 'ambassadors', who make publicity for our company, within the company and also to external people. For instance, the administrators of the programme send us each week a request to post a PR or publicity message on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram,... Or ask us to take part in a company video, or visit a job fair to make publicity for working in our company. Directly, this project benefits me personally because for each activity that we take part in, we gain 'points' with which we can receive a gift after a while.
