What do you like best about Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES)?

Amazon SES is cloud-based email as service which using for sending email from any application by using SMTP relay integrated with on premise exchange server or other email service application. We can easily integrate with any application by using SMTP static IP address or SMTP server. Amazon Simple Email Service is a cloud-based email platform offered by AWS that allows you to send and receive email at scale. It’s a cost-effective, reliable, and secure solution for businesses of all sizes to manage their email communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES)?

I didn't think any limitations in Amazon SES because there is lot of features available, we can easily configure as per our requirement. It offers a wide range of features, but it doesn't offer the same level of customization as some other email services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using for sending external email from our on-premises & cloud SMTP server. There are many applications in our organization which using email trigger or sending notification from custom application or cloud-based application which configure with our SMTP server. This SMTP server is connected with Amazon SES with Microsoft exchange on-premises server with help of connector. We have configured this SES with our organization policy.

It can handle large volumes of email messages which makes it a perfect way for businesses that need to send out mass emails. there are multiple layers of security to protect email data such as encryption, access controls, and spam and phishing filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
