As an Amazon employee, it's really well integrated with our wikis and SOPs. Also, with time, it starts learning about you, your blurb writing styles, and if you like a more direct or indirect approach. The extension in the browser is really good, to allow Q to read pages for context, the UI is very simple and easy to navigate.
