"Reliable Human-in-the-Loop AI with Seamless AWS Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Amazon Augmented AI?

Amazon Augmented AI is beneficial because it incorporates a human review component within an AI pipeline without needing to develop a whole new system from the ground up. Integration with AWS tools such as Textract, Rekognition, and SageMaker is another big advantage of Amazon Augmented AI, which performs reliably in directing low-confidence predictions into review pipelines. In terms of AI, Amazon Augmented AI provides improvements to accuracy of predictions in terms of their quality and reliability in use cases where it is required. The user interface is adequate and works well, but it seems more aimed at the enterprise environment than being particularly user-friendly. Support and onboarding are somewhat assisted by the rest of AWS infrastructure, but there is still a learning curve involved in implementing human review pipelines. What do you dislike about Amazon Augmented AI?

Amazon Augmented AI is a very capable tool, but at first it can feel more enterprise-oriented than truly user-friendly. While the interface functions well, it isn’t especially intuitive, and if you haven’t used other AWS machine learning tools before, it may take time to set up the review workflows, workers, and integrations. There’s also a learning curve in figuring out when to trigger human reviews versus when it’s better to rely solely on your models’ output. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
