Every tenant has their own: - database - filesystem - feature flags activated All from one code base. Deployments can be triggerd manually or automatic, easy to handle. Setup of new client infrastructure can be automated. And is up in minutes to run the same code in a new project. I can focus on developing the application and dont have to be afraid of handling the infrastructure for it. We self hosted lagoon for 1/2 year and switched the to fully managed service by amazee. Best decision ever for my work live balance as CTO. ### 2. Their Zero-ops lagoon solution is fantastic to work with, it's incredibly versatile and takes the stress out of infrastructure management. Their support team is highly technically knowledgable, very responsive and friendly Their slack integration makes raising support tickets and working with the team easy. I'd highly recommend them! **What do you dislike about amazee.io?** Typically every hurdle i've had the team have helped me alleviate. Amazee could probably provide some better guidance and support around dependencies/docker images which are used in lagoon which are coming up for EOL + offer guidance/services around migration in these instances. This is something a client should be on top of anyway. Guidance/ability to run lagoon on mac with silicon chips is not the clearest but is a problem common of other solutions. **What problems is amazee.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amazee minimises the stress of managing infrastrcuture. With their CI/CD pipleine, CLI and dashboards I'm able to roll out infrastructure with ease. Amazee provides an enterpise level scalable solution which would normally take an internal ops team to manage. Amazee empowers my engineer to concentrate on developing software that addresses our customer needs and worry less about the day to day running of the site ### 3. Right from our first interactions, it was clear that we'd found a partner more than a provider. The team took the time to get to know us, understood our needs, and held our hands throughout the onboarding process. Their ongoing support continues to be highly responsive, friendly, and they always go the extra mile to help us understand and resolve challenges. Being able to post support tickets right there in a dedicated slack channel makes it really easy to communicate with the Amazee team. **What do you dislike about amazee.io?** To be honest, it's very hard to think of any downsides at all! **What problems is amazee.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Containerized development environments that build automatically when you push udates to Git, and integration with Lando for local development has really transformed the way we work. Managed hosting also means we don't have to waste time maintaining our own servers. ### 4. They are always very polite and helpful, no matter what I ask. If my question is complex, they get an expert to help me, which makes me feel very secure. **What do you dislike about amazee.io?** I don't have any dislikes about amazee.io. I have asked for support many times, and I have never been unhappy with their help. They always do a great job. **What problems is amazee.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** amazee.io has significantly reduced the operational burden for us. Previously, we struggled a lot with managing the infrastructure, but now most of that work is taken care of. This allows us to focus more on development and business. ### 5. They are highly collaborative, very transparent, and proactive. The communication is smooth and pleasant, making our cooperation enjoyable and efficient. **What do you dislike about amazee.io?** It took some time to gain the right insights when it comes to pricing. Explaining the pricing to customers has sometimes been challenging. It could perhaps be made a bit simpler, but we are very satisfied and do understand the structure. **What problems is amazee.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have been extremely helpful with the architecture for an AI chatbot and our collaboration with customers. They are always open to sharing information with us and our clients, and have greatly inspired us with their proactive knowledge sharing. ### 6. Working to pro-actively improve things for both us and our clients, and very responsive to our technical requirements and exanding our potential services. Lagoon environment, CLI and local integrations with Lando is excellent. **What do you dislike about amazee.io?** The hosting UI is quite minimal, not a personal problem, but for less technical staff sometimes a bit unclear. **What problems is amazee.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Amazee's hosting flexibility but still having guide rails is excellent for medium sized agency without a dedicated internal hosting team. ### 7. Not everything has gone perfectly, but their customer service is fantastic, and we have been well taken care of. The lagoon infrastructure is very easy to use, and has some features that have made my life considerably easier with a few of the more boring upkeep tasks that have to be done. **What do you dislike about amazee.io?** Very few downsides that I've discovered so far. We are experiencing some minor issues with performance, and the deploy process can be slow compared to our previous hosting company, especially with the possibility of getting queued at busy times. The set-up means we can have identical development, staging and production environments per project with easy deployment.
