The biggest win for our studio is its surprisingly light resource footprint. Our previous vector tool would freeze or stutter whenever I layered vector overlays on top of high-megapixel raw studio photos, but Amadine stays responsive even with multiple large assets open side-by-side. Its layer panel structure is neatly organised, every logo and campaign graphic remains fully editable so minor client brand tweaks don’t require rebuilding files from scratch. I use the custom export presets constantly—separate profiles for print collateral, Instagram ads and web banners eliminate repeated export setting adjustments. The native shape and text styling features cover nearly all our brand guideline adjustments without third-party plugins, and I save reusable graphic templates for repeat clients to cut redundant design labour. Every file supports custom metadata fields, so I can tag licensing and model release notes directly on vectors, which makes sorting assets ahead of copyright audits far less chaotic. There’s no native German language interface, and there are zero preloaded metadata templates built around German copyright law or GDPR model consent rules. I have to manually type every licensing tag individually since bulk metadata batch editing doesn’t exist; with hundreds of campaign graphics monthly, this single-file workflow eats up a lot of my asset management time. There’s no built-in connection to EU-compliant DAM platforms, so every finished graphic needs a separate manual export, upload and metadata cross-reference step. User access permissions are overly basic—we can’t lock certain brand assets to specific production staff roles, which creates risk of unauthorised edits to confidential client visuals. Worst of all, there is no edit history audit trail, which regulators request to track every modification made to copyrighted commercial imagery during formal compliance checks.
