What do you like best about Alyce by Sendoso?

Alyce gives our prospects and customers an extremely clean user experience and an option to choose a gift they like most, whether that's a physical gift, eGift card, charity, and more. I love that Alyce gives us insights into who viewed the gift and their integration with Outreach so we can drop them into different follow-up sequences.

Their customer service is spectacular and our CSM even sat in several of our rollout meetings to make sure everything is set up smoothly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alyce by Sendoso?

Since we use email, calls, and LinkedIn messages as follow-up tactics, I wish Alyce could track how the meeting was booked. Right now, it only works if they accept the meeting through email. There isn't a way on the dashboard to edit this so the dashboard doesn't actually display the most accurate metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Alyce by Sendoso solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're trying to break into accounts we typically haven't had success with in the past.The biggest benefit with our team is how scalable the platform and the visibility you have over the gift sends. For example, you can cap how many sends each team member can make, you can see whose emails are performing best, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
