What problems is AlwaysHired solving and how is that benefiting you?

I expected super fast paced and all over the place, and will be very off on my own, but it was not that at all. Everything was calm, organized with AlwaysHired. Maybe had bad stigma/recruiters or these types of companies (get you intv/job then leave you off on your own) -- but it was totally different. Also - the sales side of it...was expecting the help to only be sales stuff, but it was also a lot of culture things as well (which is underrated, especially for someone coming in cold to the tech industry that doesn't know a lot about the culture).
